During our recent stay at Etiz Hotels & Residences, we were delighted to find a spacious and well-equipped apartment. With a fully furnished kitchen, Wi-Fi access, and a comfortable work desk, it had everything we needed for our visit to Istanbul. The location was convenient, with easy access to the tram that took us to Sultanhamet in just 15 minutes. being only 1km away from the shopping district was a major plus.

We did experience a few drawbacks during our time at Etiz Hotels & Residences. we found the value to be on the expensive side compared to other accommodations in the area.

This new place has become our favorite with its friendly staff, cozy rooms, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms - perfect for a trip.

Every visit to Istanbul we like to stay here. It's relaxing base for sightseeing and exploring Istanbul. Magnificent and best possible location, a tram station is close to the hotel. A 10-minute walk will take you to Cheddar Good Burger, where you can eat.

The AC in our room didn't work properly and kept leaking water, which was quite inconvenient. The fridge provided in the room was extremely small, making it difficult to store and cool our drinks and food adequately.

Everything was good, my next choice again in Istanbul. This brand-new hotel was a relaxing base for having fun in Istanbul. The staff was truly wonderful and provided helpful local information.

The staff were truly wonderful, and the concierge service, wake up service, and ironing were all free of charge. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom had a bidet, which was great.

The room had a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dining area, loved that. I had a private bathroom and a fully-fitted kitchen. The location was nice, at a moderate distance from a National Palaces Painting museum.
